Frequently Asked Questions

When am I able to purchase bagels?

I'm currently selling bagels from my home as well as hosting popups with Rose & Dagger Coffee Company (1005 S Rock St, Georgetown, TX 78626) on certain Saturdays each month. Follow my social media @thesaltynewyorker on Instagram & Facebook to stay informed on up coming bagel drops and popups!

Where are you located? What is the Den?

Currently, I am making all TSNY bagels from my home. I live in Wolf Ranch and the pickup location is the amenity center within my community called The Den. The address will be provided to you in your order confirmation. I will be driving a Black Audi Q7.

Do you sell bagels other days of the week?

Yes, I will gladly make bagels other days of the week. The minimum order for a different day of the week is a dozen bagels. Please reach out to my directly at bethany@thesaltynewyorker.com to order.

How do I keep my bagels fresh?

I suggest that any bagels that you do not plan on consuming the same day as pick up be refrigerated in a ziplock bag. Before consuming I suggest putting the bagel in the microwave for 10 seconds to warm up, cut in half, toast and add your favorite schmear.

Can I freeze my bagels?

Totally! I recommend freezing your bagels in a ziplock bag. When you are ready to enjoy, use the defrost function on your microwave, cut in half, toast and add your favorite schmear.

Will you be selling at Wolf Ranch Farmers Market?

No, I do not have any plans on selling at the Farmers Market.

Do you have gluten free bagels, flagels or bialys?

As of now, I do not carry any of these items. However, my menu is ever changing, so be on the lookout.
